renting the rooms for boys. This is a 2-floors apartment. The bedrooms that are being rented are located in the upper floor (penthouse), with a bathroom for exclusive use of the tenants. My bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs. There is AC in the living room, fans in every bedroom and central heating in the apartment.
