The building is located next to Rua da Bica (very famous for its nightlife) and near one of Lisbon's most charismatic viewpoints - Santa Catarina Viewpoint - with an amazing view over the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Most of the Lisbon's best tourist attractions, historical landmarks, restaurants and bars are within walking distance and you have easy access to all kinds of public transportation! Building The apartment is located on the second floor - with no elevator - in a building located in a very typical Portuguese area (access to the building is by stairs only). It is ideal for group of friends or families who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon in the most lively place in the city! Ongoing maintenance works taking place in the building's roof and facade. Bedroom The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and plenty of natural light. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living / Dining Room The Living Room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa by the window that illuminates the apartment during the day and has stunning views of the city and the ''Cristo Rei''. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. Please be aware that Bica is a very busy area and there are bars close to the apartment. Some noise can be expected, especially on weekend nights. Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy and noise can be expected! * Construction works are taking place in the building with no timetable for completion.
