Quite bright during the day, it is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by gardens, golf courses and a short walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Building The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator. It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking for some good days in Cascais, with all the village's main attractions just a few minutes away. Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two have balconies, and one has a marquise. Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one is complete with bath and shower and the other with shower only. Living / Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
