Whatever your tastes or preferences are, we guarantee you will find all kinds of restaurants, stores, pastelarias and supermarkets in the surrounding area. Building The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for good days out in Lisbon, in a prime but very quiet area with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and all major public transportation, including the metro (only 500 meters away!). Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. Bathrooms The apartment has one bathroom with a shower and the other without. Living room The living room has a flat-screen TV and two comfortable sofas. Dining room The apartment has a dining room next to the kitchen with a table for 6. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with mini oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and filter coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
