It has two bedrooms with Queen-Size and Double-Bed, one bathroom with shower, living room and fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building, surrounded by charismatic neighbors and breathtaking views. Ideal for family or group of friends who want peace and quiet next to Lisbon Center! Bedrooms The apartment itself features one bedroom with plenty of natural light and a comfortable Queen-Size bed and another bedroom with a Double-Bed and a spacious closet with a lot storage. Both have electric heaters. Bathroom The bathroom has a shower that is an experience by itself, offering a stunning sky view. Living Room The living room has a Smart TV with Cable connection and comfortable Sofa-Bed, perfect to accommodate bigger groups. The balcony offers an incredible view over the city and warm sunlight. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a very convenient washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
