This spacious and convenient three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is located in a renovated building in one of Lisbon's most characteristic and alternative neighborhoods. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and also 2 air conditioning units. You will find the Anjos Metro station just a few meters away and you will be surrounded by shops and restaurants characterized by their cultural diversity. Building The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with a double bed, one of which is a suite with air conditioning and balcony. The remaining two rooms are non-windowed interiors. Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms with shower. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a comfortable sofa. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). The dining area offers a view of the neighborhood, warm natural lighting and air conditioning. Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Construction works are taking place in the building, above the apartment, with no timetable to completion.
