Also, with the metro (Bolhão) right next door, it is also easy to get anywhere in the city in no time. In addition to the fantastic location, this newly renovated apartment has everything you need to make your stay a truly memorable one! Building The apartment is on the 1st floor, with no elevator, but with a beautiful wooden staircase located on Porto's most emblematic street, Rua de Santa Catarina. As a bonus, there is a wonderful terrace where you can relax, dine and enjoy the incomparable sun that characterizes our country. Living Area The living area is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, individual sofa bed and a queen-size bed. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Terrace The apartment also has a terrace with a nice dining area. Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
