Fully equipped studio, with large balcony and a modern and elegant decoration, perfect to spend a good few days in Porto and ideal to explore the city due to its fantastic location. Near the Trindade Metro Station, the apartment is a 300 meters walk from Praça da República, one of the most iconic squares in the history of the city. It is also within walking distance to Baixa do Porto and the cultural and commercial areas of the city. Building The apartment is on a 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a nice days out in Porto. Due to its central location it is also the perfect place for business trips and long-term stays. Living Area The studio features a double bed, sofa-bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a small dining table. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Balcony The apartment has a balcony with outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying some Port Wine at the end of the day. Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
