Building The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has direct access with the common garden of the building. It's fully-equipped and located in a central yet lively area of Porto. It's absolutely perfect for couples or solo travellers. Sleeping Area The apartment one bedroom with a double-bed. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living / Dining Area The living room has a Smart TV, an inviting sofa next to the large windows and a dining table for 4. Kitchen Fully Equipped Kitchen with fridge, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Gym The building has a communal gym. Garage The apartment offers a parking garage for 5 per day. The request must be done with at least 48 hours in advance. Laundry The building has a communal laundry room. Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
