This charming two-bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon's historic center, being close to one of the city's most significant monuments: the Carmo Convent and its museum. Within walking distance of Baixa Pombalina, a large number of historical landmarks are close by, along with a wide variety of public transportation, such as the Rossio Metro just a few meters away! Building The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Surrounded by the city's best boutiques, restaurants and cafes, it is ideal for families or group of friends looking to stay in the most privileged and traditional area of Lisbon. Bedrooms The apartment has two compact bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and another with two single beds (drawer bed) and a desk. Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. Living Room The living room is rich with sunlight from the large windows and has a flat screen TV and a dining table. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Construction works are taking place in the building and are expected to end by May 26th.
