The apartment has all the amenities you need for a high comfort stay and super easy access, being just a few steps away from amazing viewpoints, metro stations (Intendente Metro is just 5 minutes away!), coffee shops and restaurants. You will also be a 10-15min walk from the city center and its touristic sights! Building The apartment is located on the ground floor. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed (convertible into two) Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room has a TV with cable connection, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
