THE DORM: It's a mixed dorm on the ground floor with 12 single beds between 2 bedrooms, Air Conditioning, equipped shared kitchen, 3 showers, 3 toilets and 4 washing sinks and a shared PATIO, GARDEN AND HEATED POOL OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. Because someone needs to pay the bills, there is also a shared living room with a desk, work chairs and 5G wifi. Make sure you know it's shared place and you will come with enought tolerance and willingness to have new experiences as well as to follow the hostel rules. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: In the center of Costa de Caparica, but on a very quiet side street, everything is within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes: Supermarkets, Laundries, Cafes shops, Restaurants, Beaches and Bus Stops to Lisbon, Universities and surroundings. The cherry on top of the cake is the immensity of the sea that lie down on the 20km of golden sand beach, with the solitary noise of the wild waves of winter, or the buzz of the crowd on hot summer days. THE PAYMENT: Amount for up to ONE person for a minimum stay of one full month. One month of mandatory security deposit to lock the dates, refunded up to 7 days after check-out without damage or breach rules. THE CONDITIONS: Please note that this is a furnished and equipped accommodation available for tourist or temporary non-permanent purposes, with all expenses included, therefore with clear rules regarding people's access to the accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in the building and we do not accept pets.
