A luxurious and perfectly located three bedroom apartment, one of which is en suite, two bathrooms and a W.C, living room, dining room, balcony and kitchen, all equipped with everything you need for your stay. Located in a 3-minutes-walk from ''Saldanha'' metro station and one of Lisbon's main avenues - Avenida Da República. You will be sleeping in one of Lisbon's most noble areas. Building The apartment is located on the second floor in a building with elevator - the access to the elevator requires a climb of 7 steps of stairs - surrounded by restaurants, stores, metro stations and cafés. Ideal for families or group of friends looking for tranquility in a privileged area of Lisbon! Quartos The apartment has three bedrooms: a suite with a comfortable double bed, rest area, desk, wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub. And two communicating bedrooms with a single bed (access to one of the bedrooms is through the other). All with fantastic natural lighting. Bathrooms The private bathroom is in the suite and has a bath and a shower. The other bathrooms are in the corridor of the apartment, one has a shower and the other is a W.C. Living Room The living room has a smart TV with cable connection and a cozy sofa next to the balcony, which offers a inviting natural light. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
