My Graça Flat in Lisbon is a typical Portuguese apartment located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque neighborhoods of the city - Bairro da Graça - on top of a hill and about 3 minute-walk from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, you will have the most sweeping views and the trendiest restaurants and bars around you! Building The apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator. It is ideal for for families or groups of friends looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa and a cozy decoration. Balcony The apartment has a charming balcony with a table for two, perfect to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. Dining Room The apartment has a dining area with a table for 6. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. The apartment has equipment that controls the noise level. We wish our guests an excellent stay, but always respecting the night rest of the neighbors. If the equipment is turned off, our staff will be notified. Any infraction related to the disrespect of the noise rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
