It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, and a private balcony. - Master suite bedroom with one queen-sized bed and one single bed that can comfortably host up to 3 people. - Guest bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into one queen-sized bed and can easily accommodate 2 more people. - A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials needed to cook a full meal, a seating area for quick meals, and access to an outdoor balcony. - Washing/drying machine and dishwasher, as well as ironing material. - Living area with 55" cable TV, access to Netflix, and free Wi-Fi - All bedrooms and living/dining room have AC Complimentary hotel-quality linens, towels, and toiletries will be provided. In stays longer than 28 nights 1 cleaning during stay is offered upon request. Please contact us via DM. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 pm, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80 included.
