The apartment is located in a property with 3 other units, including the main house where homeowners stay from time-to-time. It has a shared swimming pool and a beautiful patio where you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view. Bedrooms The apartment has 1 space with a trundle bed for kids (a single bed that can be turned into two) and a sleeping area, with a queen-size bed that opens up to the living/dining area. We recommend this apartment for a couple with up to two children. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower - bathing area and toilet separated by a sliding door. Living/Dining room In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 3. Please note that the TV does not have local channels, only Netflix is available if the guest has an account. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, electric stove and fridge, as well as a coffee machine (coffee not included). Additional Information: Additional information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person.
