The apartment is in a 3rd floor, with elevator (temporarily out of order!) and with a beautiful solid-wood stairway surrounded by original Portuguese tiles. The apartment gets tons of light during the day and provides the best comfort with sound-proof windows, air conditioner and Wi-Fi. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both are suites with queen-size beds. Bathrooms The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom without shower. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, balcony with a view over the Restauradores Square, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
