Building The apartment is located on the first floor, without elevator. It is ideal for for families or groups of friends looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. Please note that conservation works are ongoing in the common areas and roofs of the building, with no estimated completion date. Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. The main one is en suite with a double bed and air conditioner, the second one has a double-bed and the third one has a single bed. Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. Living Room The living room has smart TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioner and beautiful decoration. Dining Room The apartment has a dining area, also equipped with air conditioning, facing a green area where you can enjoy all the tranquility and privacy you need, you can be sure that you will start the day well! Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June.
