Two bedroom apartment wonderfully located just a few meters from the beach, where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. It is located on a quiet street in a typical neighborhood of Foz do Douro, with many of the best restaurants and shops in Porto just a few meters away. With easy access to public transport nearby (including a bus spot around the corner and the traditional tram), it's ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a good day at the beach next to the center of Porto! Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator. Note that to access the apartment, it is necessary to climb stairs. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds and a baby bed. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Living room The apartment has a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Baby chair is available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
