Our lovely apartment consists of a large semi-open space in the lovely garden of Praca das Flores in Principe Real, in a quiet spot in the heart of the most beautiful and trendiest part of Lisbon. Some of the amenities that we have are a washer/dryer, Nespresso machine and Netflix. Around the corner you will find many cafes, amazing restaurants, bars, and trendy shops, as well as the best look out points of the city, museums, the Parliament and the famous 28 tram are a minutes walk away! This well-maintained unit comes with the convenience of bills included up to 100 euros. To book this accommodation we also charge an admin fee of 5% of the amount of the stay. Public parking on the premises - paid. THE SPACE The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you would need to be as relaxed as possible on your vacation. Located on the 1st floor of an ancient building and built and preserved in th(hidden)ssic Portuguese style, the apartment is cozy and quiet and so is this charming part of the neighbourhood. Guest access We provide all the information you need, and we are always here to help. On the day of your check-in, please pay attention to your email. We will once again send you all the check-in details. Other things to note This is a residential building in the historic center of Lisbon. These are old buildings, and soundproofing is not what you will get in a hotel. Its possible that you will hear the neighbors, kids, dogs, and street noise. ONLY STAIRS - You must know that there is no elevator, only stairs, remember that because of the luggage! LUGGAGE - If you arrive in the morning or your flight is after check-out time on the day of departure, we recommend leaving your luggage in the safe in the city center. Garbage: There are garbage bins in the street! We provide guest assistance between 9AM to 9PM Monday - Friday and from 2 PM to 8PM on weekends. We will not be able to respond outside these hours.
