The property has a total of eight bedrooms - all of them vary in size, some featuring single beds and other double beds, but all very comfy and homely -, a cosy living room, two bathrooms, a WC, and an ample and modernly equipped kitchen where you'll be free to prepare all kind of delicious treats. MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed.
