The apartment has a bright and cozy feel and offers all the comforts of a ''premium''. The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need to fully enjoy your vacation. Guests can frequent all the facilities, including the garage, garden and pool. *Ongoing construction works in the building with no timetable for completion. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. All are equipped with air conditioning. Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6, plenty of light and a balcony. Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms, two full and one toilet. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The apartment has equipment that controls the noise level. We wish our guests an excellent stay, but always respecting the neighbors' night rest.
