A true vacation experience! The main bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom (bathtub, bidet, sink and toilet) and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. There is another complete shared bathroom. There is a common room open to the kitchen, with large sliding doors giving access to the south-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, combined fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and blender. There is a free private parking space in the underground garage, which has direct access to the apartment by elevator. Please note that the pool is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times. For nature lovers, a 5-minute walk away is Lagoa dos Salgados in its beautiful natural reserve that is home to many species of seabirds. There really is no need for a car as everything you need is within walking distance. Salgados beach is 300 meters away, there are supermarkets nearby, as well as some restaurants. The tenant will also find all beds made, as well as bath and face towels for each guest. They also have a change of towels and sheets at their disposal so they can manage their washing and changing clothes needs. The 1 or 3 month rental always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On cleaning day, the tenant must have sets of sheets available and washed so that the beds can be cleaned.
