3 bedroom flat for rent

I am renting a 3-bedroom apartment in the Baixa-Chiado area for 6months. It's fully furnished, has tan elevator, is close to the metro (1minute) offers a river view. The value includ electricity, water, internet, and bi-monthly cleaning services. I'm looking to rent it to someone who shows an appreciation for the apartment. Note: we include 3hours of cleaning after two weeks of stay and checkout. If you want more cleaning price is 15/hour paying directly to Sandra (house maker). We only accept: 1 couple with children 2 couples 2 young adults The children's room with a bunk bed is for children only.
