Nearby Parking: - Rua da Alfândega "Campo das Cebolas" (500 meters from the apartment, 25/24 hours) - Gare Marítima de Santa Apolónia, Cais da Pedra (1000 meters away, 8/24 hours) House Rules: - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 10 AM. - No smoking inside the apartment. - Check ins after 22:00 is charged a late check out fee: 35 Euros. - Please wash the dishes after use; although we have cleaning professionals, any help is appreciated. - Return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay. - Do not rearrange the furniture. - Guests hosting parties will be responsible for extra cleaning costs and may be asked to vacate the property immediately if neighbours are disturbed. - For stays up to 3 months, a deposit of 1000 euros is required.
