Located in a private condominium just 300 meters from the beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha, this beautiful and comfortable apartment in Porches (Armação de Pêra) consists of a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchen. Fully equipped with all essential amenities, it has two outdoor pools to enjoy your vacation in this sunny paradise. With a superb location, you will have the best of what the Algarve has to offer. Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator. It is located in Porches, about 2 km from Armação de Pêra, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Just a few steps away from the apartment you can find Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia da Cova Redonda. Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with a queen - sized bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a bath and shower. Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table and access to a private balcony with a dining area. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included). Pools The pools are shared with the condominium. (Open from 1st April until 31st October) The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. Night trips due to issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of 25 from 10:00 pm and 50 from 00:00 am. Please contact us for more information.
