It has the charm of the old houses in Lisbon but with the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. It is a private house, for personal use and we rent it seasonally, which makes it very comfortable and cozy. It has 2 floors, counting with the upstairs loft and there is space for up to 5 people. It is only 10m walking distance to Santos area, full of brunch places and bars and 30m walk to Praça do Comercio, Chiado and the touristic area. Right next to the bus which takes you quickly to different areas of Lisbon and there is a small convenience store at a 2m walk, which is very useful when needed. The house is a reflection of our passion for decoration and art. It has that chic and different touch. The kitchen is large and spacious as well as the living room. It is very bright and cool in the hot months. Like the old houses in the area, it has high ceilings and carved decorative motifs. We are looking for respectful hosts that want to experience the Lisbon lifestyle in a very Portuguese neighborhood, well located but quiet area.
