(outdated); - Old deed of purchase of shares for the firm Flor da Branca; - Old license; - Proof of income payment; - Plants; - Qualifications of heirs (to prove that the shares will pass to my name, as the sole heir) I inform you that the updating of the records and regularization of the company in my name, in the finances and commercial registry office, is currently ongoing. The intention is to transfer shares. The desired value is 400,000, negotiable. It cannot be found in any real estate agency. I only ask that you please not place any sign on the door, advertising only on your website or store. At the moment, the landlady is in contact with me, to arrange a rent increase, and discussions are still ongoing. Please check whether these elements are sufficient.
