The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. All bills are included up to 30 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided. How does our Reservation Process work: Once you've booked your room, you'll receive an email from our team confirming your reservation. This email will include detailed instructions on the next steps. Shortly after, you'll receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to finalize your contract. Once the documents are submitted and the contract is signed, your reservation process moves forward. Prior to the start of your reservation, you'll be invited to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit and entry fee (when aplicable). This ensures everything is in place for your upcoming stay. Check-In Details: Our check-in times are From Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that we do not conduct check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.
