at your fingertips for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful setting. The space When you enter this beautiful bright apartment, you will first find a large fully equipped open kitchen. The modern and bright living room gives you all the space you need to entertain your guests. A dining area and sitting area with TV and wifi. For a third guest or small children, there is a comfortable sofa bed here. Through the sliding doors you enter the terrace and the garden where you can have breakfast in the morning sun. Relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde in the late afternoon. The fully equipped kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher gives you the luxury, you are used to in your own home. Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought at the local supermarket nearby, for yourself and your fellow travellers. In a separate laundry room at the front you will find the washing machine and utilities. On the terrace you can enjoy a nice breakfast or a romantic candlelight dinner in the morning. An open hallway gives you access to the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and the bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning for that real hotel feeling. Here too you have sliding doors to terrace with sun loungers. Here you can relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde after your day at the beach. By the pool, you can soak up the sun on the sun loungers or take a dip in the water to refresh yourself. To enter the pool you need an access ticket and it is only for residents of the complex. Guest access Guests will have the whole apartment to themselves. Other things to note The swimming pool is only accessible with an access card. This access ticket has a security deposit of 50.00, which must be paid in cash if not returned at checkout. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or in the garden. The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside of this period, this tax will be deducted. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us. Registration number 138410/AL
