Located between the Faria Guimarães and Marquês metro stations, in the city center, this property allows access to the heart of the city of Porto in just over 2 minutes. Here you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside,

With a welcoming atmosphere and a fantastic outdoor space equipped with laundry, a barbecue, an urban vegetable garden, games, and leisure spaces, you will enjoy an experience that will make you feel at home. Private studio with kitchen and outdoor living area. Our studios are non-smoking environments. Common spaces: - Laundry room - Vegetable garden - Barbecue - Jacuzzi - Garden Air-conditioned studio with garden. The apartment has a bedroom, where you will find a cozy double bed, a wall-mounted TV, a small dining table, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including an oven and microwave. In the bathroom, you will find a sizeable shower with luxurious hydromassage jets. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there is no damage to the property. Please note: CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD CANNOT STAY AT HOME. - There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. - The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. - Check-in 15:00 - 00:00 - Check-out 8:00 - 11:00 - You must show a photo ID and credit card at check-in. - Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time. - No pets allowed - No parties allowed Laundry service: Open from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Closed on Sundays. The use of the washing machine is subject to payment of 2/wash (detergent included). Jacuzzi Opening Hours Monday to Friday - from 2 pm to 7:30 pm Saturday and Sunday - 10 am to 2 pm Price/person: 5, (Water, cleaning, and disinfection) maximum 1 hour. Access rules: Use of the jacuzzi must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance of the time of use, subject to jacuzzi availability. Other things to keep in mind: Early check-in (depending on availability): check-in from 11:30 am - 15 10 Late check-out (depending on availability): Check-out after 11:30 am until 2:00 pm: 10 Check-out after 11.30 am until 5 pm: 25 Check-out after 5 pm is 100% of the stay plus Municipal Tourism Tax.
