Rules: - No smoking in all apartments - Pets are not allowed - Silence required between 10pm and 8am - Parties and events are not allowed Check-in time: Every day from 15:00 to 20:00 Check-out time: Before 11:00 Additional fees: 1. Late check-in (until midnight and after midnight): - 45 until midnight - 65 after 24h 2. Loss of keys: - 40 until 8pm - 60 until midnight - 120 after 24h (plus 20 on weekends and holidays) 3. New keys: 25 4. Technical assistance for appliances (when unjustified): - 40 until 8pm - 60 until midnight - 120 after 24h (plus 20 on weekends and public holidays) 5.
