The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month's rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Monthly Cleaning Fee: 25. Additional cleaning available upon request. - Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month. - Utilities: Included up to 25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
