The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, induction hob, mini fridge, 100L water heater, Dolce Gusto espresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, which is below street level. Guest access - You will have direct access to the beach located inside the building which is reserved exclusively for residents. In summer it may be more difficult to park near the building. - If you want to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundry located in the heart of the village of Sesimbra, called Lavandaria da Vila, Address: Largo Alm. Gago Coutinho N 23 Open weekdays from 8am to 9pm, weekends from 8am to 1pm. - We do not provide beach towels. - Water heater The apartment is equipped with a 100 liter water heater to be used in the apartment.
