you can enjoy your stay! - Building The studio is located on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building. Please note that it has direct access to the street. Ideal for couples looking to enjoy the vibrant side of the city! Alfama is a very lively area, especially during the annual Santos Populares festivities that take place in June. Be aware that this area can be quite busy, and some noise can be expected! The building is located on a street with pedestrian-only access. - Sleeping Area In the sleeping area, you will find a comfortable double bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m) - Living Area/Kitchenette An equipped kitchenette with a stove, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included) will allow you to prepare your meals. You'll also find a dining table for two. - Bathroom The studio has a bathroom with a shower. Additional Information: Late Check-In/Check-Out: Extra fee of 25. "Self-catered" property: Basic items are provided as a courtesy upon arrival, with no replacements. Bed linen and towels are provided based on the confirmed guest count. Extra cleaning or linen changes require 24h notice and an additional fee. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Guests are responsible for the keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. Costs for damage or technical assistance to open doors will be charged to the guest and penalty for key loss. The property has noise monitoring sensors that measure decibel levels only, ensuring privacy with no cameras or sound recording, for everyone's comfort.
