Fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine, you'll find everything you need here. A small peninsula serves as a casual dining space, making it easy to chat and share meals while staying connected to the living area. - Comfortable Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, making it a great choice for friends, couples, or solo travelers looking for extra space. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a dresser, while the second bedroom features a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Whether you're here for work or leisure, everything you need is just minutes away. Important Things to Know - No elevator: The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs (it's part of the charm of staying in an old Lisbon building!). - Limited street parking: Street parking is available but limited and paid, so we recommend public transportation or alternative transport options. Additional Information: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Monthly consumptions are included up to 150. Please keep in mind that Portuguese authorities require full passport details for all guests. Portuguese citizens or company bookings must provide a tax ID number.
