sights, restaurants, cafes, parks and shopping centers, the apartment becomes the perfect place for couples or solo travelers to enjoy the charm of Lisbon's grand boulevards and cosmopolitan lifestyle. Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and garage and is equipped with air conditioning. Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable single sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, and access to the balcony. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rack. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Monthly consumptions are included up to 150. City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. Please contact us for more information.
