Located in a prime location of Lisbon (Marquês de Pombal), this 2-bedroom apartment offers a high-end experience in the cosmopolitan city center. It's an oasis blessed with sunlight and offers a relaxing terrace. You will be two steps away from

the metro station and also in a comfortable walking distance from the main touristic sights, restaurants, coffee shops, parks & commercial centers. Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and parking and is equipped with central air conditioning. Despite being located in one of the busiest and most central areas of Lisbon, the apartment is on a quiet street. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One is a suite with a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with terrace access. Terrace The apartment has a terrace with an outdoor dining area. Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower only. Living room The living room has a flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4 people and access to a balcony. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Monthly consumptions are included up to 150. City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. Lisbon Airport is located very close to the city center, and the flight path crosses some urban areas. As a result, noise from airport activity is to be expected.
