Building The apartment is decorated in simple and light tones. It is located on the first floor to the right and access is via stairs. It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a convenient stay in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city within walking distance and easy mobility. Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Living/Dining Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 5, and a balcony overlooking Avenida da Liberdade. Reading Room The apartment has a small and cozy reading room. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linens may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox. During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss. The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
