Building Brand new apartment located in a renovated building designed to meet the most high-end standards. The apartment is in a 3rd floor, with elevator (temporarily out of order!) and with a beautiful solid-wood stairway surrounded by original Portuguese tiles. The apartment gets tons of light during the day and provides the best comfort with sound-proof windows, air conditioner and Wi-Fi. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both are suites with queen-size beds. Bathrooms The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom without shower. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, balcony with a view over the Restauradores Square, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11am. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
