Apartment in Lisbon Center with a classic décor and an amazing view over the Tagus River and located in an building with elevator, garage and security. Next to the Portuguese Parliament and Foreign Embassies, the apartment is few steps away from

all the main attractions and monuments, but in a very quiet and safe area. You'll find great restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation (including the 28 Tram) just a few meters away. Building The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building with elevator, free parking and an amazing view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. Ideal for families or a group of friends looking to rest in a privileged but very quiet and safe area of Lisbon! Next to the building is the D. Pedro V auditorium, so on performance days, there may be some noise from activity and music. Construction work is taking place in the subway, so there may be some resulting noise as well as traffic disruptions. Elevators under maintenance, so they may occasionally not be in operation. Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom featuring 2 Small Double-Beds (120 cm x 190 cm / 4'0'' x 6'3'') and Air Conditioning. Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room offers a TV with cable connection, air conditioning, a sofa-bed and a splendid view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. The living room also has a dining table for 4. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. Construction works are taking place in the vicinity, with no timetable for completion.
