Same distance there are groceries (Minipreço and Pingo Doce), cafés, a popular Portuguese take-away restaurant and other amenities like Mercado Alfacinha, dry cleaning, tailor, etc... Vodafone 500Mbs wifi speed/flatscreen Samsung HD smartTV with over 150 channels. Rent includes all bills: water, internet and electricity bill, including all the heating you need. Olaias is a quiet neighbourhood but centrally and conveniently located in the Airport red metro line. It is also home to one of Europe's most impressive metro stations according to CNN - Olaias station. You can easily connect to all the lines: 1 stop from Alameda (green line) 2 stops from Saldanha (yellow line) 3 stops from São Sebastião (blue line) Which means from here you can easily access most places in Lisbon by public transport or simply by walking from here to Alameda (10mins walk), Graça viewpoints (20mins walk), Anjos (20mins walk), Rossio (30mins walk). No smoking inside the house. No pets.
