free digital concierge guide and accommodates up to 6 people. Ocean’s Nest is a 3rd floor apartment within the award-winning Salgados resort. With several swimming pools, gardens and an 18-hole golf course just a few minutes away. It is the perfect base for your holidays, both summer and winter. Please note that the pool is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times. The apartment has a bright and spacious south facing open plan living room with a teak kitchen, fully equipped with all the amenities. The living room opens onto the large balcony and here you will find a comfortable outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining table for 4 people - perfect for our warm Algarve nights! The first bedroom is the red room: it also opens onto the large balcony, has two single beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Opposite this room is the shared bathroom with bathtub. The main bedroom is the blue room: with a large king size bed (180cm X 200cm), it has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with bathtub. The tenant will also find all beds made, as well as bath and face towels for each guest. They also have a change of towels and sheets at their disposal so they can manage their washing and changing clothes needs. The 1 or 3 month rental always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On cleaning day, the tenant must have available and washed sets of sheets so that the beds can be made. We care about the planet and we want our guests to help us in this regard by reducing excessive use of water and air conditioning.
