Live in the heart of Wicker Park in a unique space offering 2 bedrooms and a bonus room! This open-floor-plan apartment spans the top floor above the storefront. There's a giant living room with hardwood floors, two bedrooms large enough for queen beds and an extra room that can serve as an office or a small bedroom. Please note -- the room doesn't have a window or closet. There's in-unit-laundry, central AC and lots of light. The kitchen offers newer appliances and a built-in microwave. (However, please know there's no dishwasher.)The location is super-walkable, just off the Milwaukee/Ashland/Division corridor. While the front of the apartment faces Milwaukee, the back leads to a quiet, dead-end road. The unit will be ready for new occupants on April 1, and the owner is open to painting the living room a neutral color. Outside, renters will have easy access to tons of restaurants, bars and shops on Milwaukee Avenue, as well as Division Street hot spots. There's street parking only, but no shortage of bus routes, and the Blue Line is a short walk away. Updated photos are coming soon. Please schedule a showing with 24 hours notice.
