Move away from the busy city life and build your own home in the peaceful Algarve countryside. Located just 17 kilometers north of Portimão, this large 13,750 m² plot is the perfect canvas for your dream project. An authentic stone ruin sits on the highest point of the land, offering beautiful, open views of the surrounding hills and countryside. The property comes with a council-approved PIP (Prior Information Request). This gives you the official right to rebuild the ruin into a lovely home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern open-space kitchen and living room, and a private swimming pool. While the ruin sits on the high point with the best views, the rest of the land has plenty of large, flat areas. These are perfect for gardens, fruit trees, or keeping animals. The property is very practical: it has its own water well, electricity is nearby, and there is good road access. This is a rare opportunity to live close to nature, design your own home, and enjoy a calm lifestyle.
