Hi all! Looking for a new roommate to sublease 1 of the 2 beds in my current apartment. The room is the top left one on the floor plan. Rent is about $1,490 not including utilities. The bedroom will be unfurnished, however the living room is pretty much fully furnished. Move in date is October 1st (but there might be some flexibility on that), and sublease is for 5 months as of right now but it could be longer.
