$1,300 /Month

My roommate is moving out at the end of September and I am looking for someone to take his lease. The apartment has two bedrooms, roughly of equal size. I will be in one and you would, the other. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Available bedroom includes private balcony and a closet as well. The shared living space is partly furnished. It includes a couch and television and a wifi bill we would split along with rent and other utilities. All bills included, equates to approximately $1,300 a month.
