Corner bedroom available in our 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 25th floor of The Paramount (680 Mission St), in SoMa right at the FiDi border. The room is rented until the end of December 2026 and available again from January 6, 2027, through late September 2027 when our lease ends. The room: 14'8" x 14' (about 205 sqft / 19 m2), corner room with windows on two sides, big closet, afternoon sun, oak floors. The apartment: 1,166 sqft, fully renovated, nice kitchen with quartz counters, in-unit washer/dryer. Setup is the two of us plus you: Paul has the second bedroom, Daniel turns part of the large living room into his sleeping area with a divider, and the corner bedroom is all yours. There are 2 full bathrooms, and the second one is right outside your door, so in practice it would be yours alone. The building: heated outdoor lap pool with sun deck, two rooftop terraces on the 40th floor with heated seating, fire pit and grill station, full gym plus yoga studio, 24-hour attended lobby and concierge. If you drive, there is a garage in the building, rented separately from the garage operator for around $375 a month. Location: Yerba Buena, the museum corner of SoMa where FiDi starts. SFMOMA and Yerba Buena Gardens around the corner, cafes and green space everywhere, 7-minute walk to Salesforce Park. About us: We're Daniel (23, from Austria/Spain) and Paul (24, from Berlin), both founding team at a YC-backed AI startup in performance marketing. We're here on O-1 visas and our office is a short walk away in FiDi. We've both lived with roommates for years, keep the place tidy and are easy to be around.
