We are quiet, laid-back people, and because we live on-site, we are looking for similar qualities in a tenant. Our property is gated, and we have a Ring on our front door that overlooks the front area/entrance gate. If you are looking for a resort-style accommodation, then this will probably not be a good fit. We require a $1000 deposit to hold the unit.
