There is an extra spacious walk in closet in the hall with places to hang clothes and a shelf going all the way around if you need more space than the closet that is in the room. There’s a balcony facing trees which gives complete privacy. Beautiful large, very clean cabana style pool with grills and gym. Residents can also sign out bicycles for free which I think is so nice. The $718 rent amount includes WiFi and all other utilities except electric. Electric is separate, but the total is usually only between $80-$120 during the summer and much less in the winter and obviously we would split that down the middle
